Terms & Conditions

By booking or participating in Soulogy services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services
Soulogy provides complementary hypnotherapy, somatic wellness, and energetic realignment services.
Soulogy does not provide medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or psychological therapy. Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent
The Client agrees to:

  • Take full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after sessions.

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding medical, psychiatric, and medication history.

  • Continue all medical treatments prescribed by doctors unless advised otherwise by their medical professional.

  • Acknowledge that results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

 

​3. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment.

  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once payment is made, as they cover reservation of professional time.

  • Packages: Pre-paid packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited after this period. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session without penalty.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit 50% of the session fee (or one session credit for package holders).

  • No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in forfeiture of 100% of the fee.

  • Exceptions: Exceptions for genuine medical emergencies or unforeseen crises are at the sole discretion of Soulogy.

 

5. Online Sessions & Technology

  • Client Duty: The Client is responsible for ensuring a private, quiet space and reliable internet connection.

  • Tech Failure: In the event of significant technical failure on the practitioner's end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. Tech failure on the Client's end may result in a shortened session or rescheduling fee.

  • Jurisdiction: Online services are legally deemed to be delivered in New South Wales, Australia, regardless of the Client's physical location.

 

6. Code of Conduct & Termination

  • Respect: Soulogy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Termination: Soulogy reserves the right to terminate a session or client relationship immediately if safety or professional boundaries are compromised. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided (recordings, worksheets, scripts, program content) remain the sole intellectual property of Soulogy.

  • The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to use these materials for their own private use only. Reproduction, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Soulogy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

  • The Client indemnifies Soulogy against any claims, losses, or costs arising from their breach of these Terms or their personal decisions made following sessions.

 

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  • The Client submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW for any disputes.
