One-to-One Work
Individual sessions offer trauma‑informed hypnotherapy focused on nervous‑system stabilisation, trauma pattern release, and restoring self‑regulation. The work weaves EMDR‑informed DeTrauma hypnotherapy with somatic, resource‑based methods and subtle energy realignment in a contained, clinically grounded framework
Focus Areas
The focus is on stabilising underlying autonomic patterns rather than symptom expression, supporting greater calm, clarity, and choice in everyday life.
Individual sessions focus on:
-
Chronic tension, anxiety, or emotional reactivity
-
Shutdown, numbness, or loss of motivation
-
Burnout and nervous-system overload
-
Hyper-functioning, over-responsibility, or perfectionism
-
Entrenched coping habits involving food, alcohol, technology, or control

You Are -
This work is particularly suited to:
-
For adults, who appear capable externally while carrying a high internal load
-
Individuals with complex, or relational trauma histories who require careful pacing and safety
-
People ready to engage in deeper nervous system pattern release
-
Those who value discretion, structure, and scientific, spiritual and performance-based approaches
Sessions are not designed for crisis intervention or acute psychiatric care, but for people seeking deep, stabilising change within a contained therapeutic relationship.
Session Structure & Delivery
Sessions follow a clear structure to maintain safety and integration. You remain awake, aware, and able to speak at all times; hypnosis is experienced as a focused, absorbed state rather than loss of control.

A typical 60–75 minute session includes:
-
Brief check-in and pattern review, including what has shifted since the previous session
-
Identification of current nervous-system responses, triggers, and internal patterns
-
EMDR-informed DeTrauma hypnotherapy using a structured spine, including SUD and VOC tracking where appropriate
-
Somatic and resource-based interventions to support regulation and integration
-
Closing and consolidation, with simple between-session supports if helpful
