What is Soulogy, and how is its approach different?
Soulogy works with the part of the mind that operates outside conscious awareness, where many automatic responses, habits and emotional reactions are organised. These responses are learned, and they often take effect before conscious thought has a chance to intervene. The approach draws on neuroplasticity: the brain’s well-established capacity to change through experience, attention and repetition. Hypnotherapy creates a focused state in which new responses can be explored, rehearsed and reinforced. With practice over time, the aim is for these responses to become more familiar and more readily available, until a different response becomes the more natural one.
What kinds of concerns does Soulogy work with?
Soulogy works with automatic responses and long-standing patterns that persist despite insight and effort. People commonly seek support for:stress, burnout and difficulty switching offanxiety and emotional reactivitythe effects of past or traumatic experiences, whether experienced directly or indirectlyperfectionism, people-pleasing and overpreparingself-doubt, confidence and decision-makinggrief, loss and periods of personal or professional transitionThe focus is less on the label than on the response itself: what happens, when it happens, and what would need to change for a different response to become possible. Concerns not listed here can be discussed during the discovery call.
