About SOULOGY

Soulogy grew out of Zina’s experience across more than two decades in high-pressure corporate environments, working on complex programs and large-scale transformation. She knows first-hand what it means to adapt to sustained pressure—and how maintaining performance can come at the expense of sleep, emotional wellbeing and the ability to switch off. Her understanding is also shaped by her personal experience of working through trauma and exploring different forms of therapy and healing.

These experiences informed her move into clinical hypnotherapy and the development of Soulogy. Zina holds an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Trauma Hypnotherapy, is a Certified DeTrauma Technique™ practitioner and a Certified Clinical Reflexologist. Her further training includes NLP, Resource Therapy, Somatic Methods and Energy Healing.

Clinical hypnotherapy is central to Soulogy’s integrative approach to automatic stress responses and patterns shaped by past strain or trauma. The work considers physical sensations, emotional reactions and the meaning people attach to their experiences, with energy-healing practices included where appropriate. The intention is to support new ways of responding that reflect the present, rather than remain shaped by the past.

There is no expectation that you should be able to explain everything clearly from the beginning. The work starts with what is happening for you, what you have already tried and what feels appropriate to address. Zina guides the process with care and clear boundaries, keeping the focus on what matters to you and the changes you want to make.
